CABERNET Position Paper on Brownfield Regeneration and Citizen Participation
Summary Position - There is a well-developed knowledge base relating to the inclusion of citizen participation in decision-making within brownfield regeneration. However, this is commonly undervalued or misunderstood. CABERNET believes that effective citizen participation in decision-making enhances the sustainability of brownfield regeneration projects. Much broader discussion and dissemination of tools and good practice is therefore required.
